Each Real Girls Roar™ item is made to order, just for you. Because our products are custom-printed, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

• Please contact us at nikki@hearttohumor.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

• Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund promptly — at no extra cost to you.

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size or color ordered)

• Products damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

• Sale items or gift cards
